The Competitive Need for Benefits Customization

Today’s diverse workforce spans several generations with different expectations, experiences and needs.  Employers can no longer offer one set of benefits and expect to compete for talent in today’s competitive market environment.  Beyond generational diversity, organizations are newly challenged to meet a variety of work arrangements: remote, in-office, and hybrid.  Employees expect benefit packages ‘fitting’ their individual needs the moment needed.  Offering a variety of benefits to meet those needs is only one part of the equation. How do you ensure your workforce knows what benefits you have and ensure they know where to go to get answers. Join this discussion of HR/Benefits leaders as we discuss these challenges and how they have each adopted solutions to meet the needs of their workforce.
